In order to continuously improve the capacity of its partners, the PR held a two-day capacity building workshop with participation of partners (of New Funding Model and Regional Artemisinin Resistance Initiative) at Sein Lan So Pyae Garden in Yangon from 4–5 December 2014. The aim of the workshop was to build capacity of partners in overall grant management and share lessons learnt. In total, about 40 participants including project coordinators, project officers and finance staff from sub-recipients participated in the workshop which provided a platform for an interactive discussion on overall grant management, financial reporting requirements and seek clarifications, share audit findings and lessons learnt.
